Quick Walks
When you're busy:
- Walk during your lunch hour. Or walk to lunch. Or do some errands at lunch time
- Take a walk break instead of a coffee break
- Park the car in the farthest corner of the parking lot and walk to your destinationWalk during your lunch hour. Or walk to lunch. Or do some errands at lunch time
- Set up a walk-and-talk instead of a sit-and-talk appointment or date.
- Walk to see a friend or coworker in the office instead of phoning.
- Walk with the kids when babysitting.
- Take a five-minute walk whenever you can.
